At Daikyo Chemical Co., Ltd., we have been producing bellows hoses for the automotive and low-voltage component industries as industrial parts for many years. In the molding of bellows products, precision in fitting dimensions with other components and release issues are challenges. However, based on the know-how cultivated through years of experience, we enable smooth product extraction and prevent release marks, allowing us to supply highly precise products. Additionally, we have a proven track record with various raw materials such as LDPE, PP, elastomers, and fluororesins. In terms of size, we offer a diverse range of products from small, thin-walled items measuring 30mm in length to medium-sized products measuring 500mm, providing products suitable for our customers' applications. In the field of industrial parts, we handle many products that require post-processing steps such as cutting and assembly.
